Thank you. Hi, I wanted to pass this picture (attached) and story along to the team at Hunt Yachts. Our family, which includes our 2005 Surfhunter 33 "Pastis", spent some time in Sag Harbor, NY this past August. This picture, taken by one of our friends at our house, shows the beautiful lines which the boat displays in open air mode. Five years young our Surfhunter continues to turn heads all along the Long Island Sound, but most impressive was the look on our guest's faces that August afternoon when I had a small issue with the boat ... I called the main office of Hunt with my problem, to which they transferred me to a reassuring voice that answered the phone "Hello, this is Ray Hunt, how can I help you today?" Within minutes, he had the information on my boat, walked me through the explanation of an electrical problem I had and we and our guests were on our way in a matter of minutes. Our guests were amazed, I was thankful, but not surprised as this is what I have come to expect from Hunt. Two years ago I was stuck and in need of a fix on my rudder in the middle of Noyak Bay - on a Saturday afternoon - I called the head of sales on his mobile phone - who within minutes had the head of technical service who was not working that Saturday call me on my mobile phone. He spent 20 minutes walking through the adjustment which needed to be made on the steering arm - and again I was on my way. I have learned that you buy a boat because you like its lines, design and performance, but you love a boat because of the support that comes with it. Thank you, Jim
